5 Things that'll keep you MOTIVATED-

In order to be a successful person, knowing "How to stay motivated? " becomes an important factor & many of us (Including me) often struggled with motivation whether it been related to my career,my relationship goals ,my health goals or just getting better at a hobby I enjoy.

        Because, everybody reading this don't want to be filled with regret that I failed at achieving the things that are important to me & I didn't follow through something I really wanted.

       So I came up 5 important points to follow that will keep you motivated "with some research & help you to achieve your goals.


1.Remind yourself "WHY you started?"
     Everytime you fill de-motivated just keep the thought in mind WHY? you set the goal.
       The answer to this question energize you will be in state of 
"Never Give Up Attitude". Every successful person will tell you to answer this question to keep you motivated.

 2. Cut it into smaller pieces.
     Bigger goals are always exciting but they have downside too.
that might set up for failure & you'll start feeling like de-motivated.

             "SETTING THE BAR TOO HIGH CAN LEAD TO      
             DE-MOTIVATION & DON'T LET YOU FROM EVER
             GETTING STARTED"                                                       
        So,cut your long term goal into piece of small terms goals or tasks that will help you to achieve the bigger goal.Every time you complete the one the smaller task you'll get feeling of achievement.

3.Be Consistent.
         It's a very important aspect in achieving your goals.Here's thing,Achieving the goals is more than motivation which requires continuous action.
          You see what we do consistently leads to small wins & these small wins over the time leads to bigger wins.Motivation is great,it is our consistent behaviors that will consistently progressing to wards achievement of goals.

4.Visualize the Results.
               According to a piece featured on forbes about staying motivated ,it's important to visualize end results & what it will feel like when you've achieved your goals
               For example if you started going gym to loose your weight or to get pumped body,after you have more sweat on your back you should start visualizing the end results that you loosed weight or your have earned body.This end results is fuel to ignite your motivation.

5.Positive Thoughts,Positive people
            Always seek for positive thoughts,by reading the books ,by listening to videos on positive thinking will boost your confidence.

             " If you fill your mind with uplifting & inspiring information it will keep you motivated"

            These positive thought will constantly remind you that you're capable of achieving & also being surrounded by positive people will help you to achieve your goals faster.
